Helambu Trek
The start of the Helambu Trek is not far from Kathmandu, making it a good choice if you don’t have much time in Nepal. I only did two days of it, before rather feebly turning round and heading back to the start. The whole walk takes about eight days.
This part of Nepal was badly affected by the 2015 earthquake which happened after my visit, so the route I took may not be possible now. Check locally to make sure.
Garmin Compatible Map
